I have posted photos of this pizza a few times on my Facebook page because it has become a popular recipe in our house and it seems like you guys are loving it too, so here is the recipe!
I believe it is best to make your own dough to make it taste even better so try my recipe out found here. It is so easy to make and way better than store bought pizza bases.
You can play around with the toppings on this and add more to it if you like but the foundation of it needs to be there to create that amazing tandoori flavour and the mango chutney is a must!

Tandoori Chicken Pizza
2 Tbsp of tandoori paste
1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of natural/greek yoghurt
2 chicken breasts
2 pizza bases (or make your own using my recipe here)
1/4 cup or small 140g tub of tomato paste
2 Tbsp of mango chutney
1 red onion, thinly sliced
40g of baby spinach
2/3 cup of tasty cheese
1/2 cup of cashew nuts
1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves.
Method:
- Pan fry chicken with a little bit of oil until cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Mix together tandoori paste, lemon juice and HALF of the yoghurt in a bowl. Add cooked chicken and allow to marinate while you prepare pizzas.
- Pre-heat oven to 220 C.
- Roll out your dough in to two circles or use pizza bases. Spread tomato paste over base followed by mango chutney.
- Top with onion, spinach, chicken and cashew nuts. Sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bases are golden brown.
- Dollop remaining yoghurt over pizzas and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves.
